• Delivery timelines may vary slightly during public holidays, sales, or unforeseen courier delays.
• We offer FREE shipping on all orders above PKR 7,000.
• A standard delivery charge will apply to orders below PKR 7,000.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the relevant shipping details for tracking purposes.
• Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate to avoid delivery delays.

Customers are encouraged to inspect their parcel upon delivery. Any concerns regarding defects or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
